75-person minimum
2 Hour Rental Minimum = $450.00.
Additional guests over 75 are $6.00 each
3 Hour Rental Minimum = $675.00
Additional guests over 75 are $9.00 each
4 Hour Rental Minimum = $900.00
Additional guest over 75 are $12.00 each

There are no unpaid spectators during private parties
All rates include private building rental & regular quad skate rental.
Roller Blades $3.00/ea.
A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100.00 is required at time of booking. This deposit is held to cover a no show party, to help cover your balance and/or a clean up fee.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE ALLOWED
Snack bar will be open for your food & beverage needs. Special food requests can be made two weeks in advance. (Subject to availability)
CAN I BRING MY OWN OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK?
Yes, however, there will be an additional fee of $2.00 per person added and you will need to provide you own:
Paper Products, Food, Non-alcoholic drinks, Ice, Etc.
We do require at least one week notice if you decide to provide your own food.
